Locally run BBQ trailer. We are located at 2727 Cascade in Hood River, Oregon. Across from Walmart/Taco Bell, we specialize in Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Burnt Ends when Available. We have Mac & Cheese, Frito Pie, and BBQ Sundaes. Sides: Mac & Cheese, BBQ Beans, Slaw, Spicy Corn.

All of our meat comes from farm-fed, humanely raised cattle.
